To name that site aren't allowed because they have offers from grey market sites too.

Mentioning it is fine, linking is not allowed.

Is it generally in order to mention the existence of that site? I like it so much more than ITAD, and that's not because of the keyshops.

You can mention the website, or make thread where you ask "is it legit". But people can't post links to it, as it funnels others to specific offers where they can buy stuff.

I looked that Salenauts group have 39K Steam users and 19K users here are the group members. Not sure how many are still active but it should be well known here.
