Also multiple accounts is against the rules.

Your limited to one account, period.

This is to prevent people from abusing the system, and otherwise enter/win games they already have on another account/enter multiple giveaways numerous times, etc.

You'll most likely get banned if you try to circumvent this.

You should probably contact / E-mail the Admin of the site if there's a valid reason for a switch over to an account (VAC ban, etc?)---such as an account being banned forever, deactivated forever, etc.

Or it simple ... no need to change the acc .. When you got the gift by email. Just be connected with your new acc and enter the gift URL you will get it on this acc.

It isn't up to me to say it is right or wrong but I will say you gained my respect for just asking, that is cool and most people wouldn't have even done that.

I think the only legit way to do this would be plan B.

Change your steam name to the other account

Abandon the other account, repurchase all of your games

and TADA! You'll have the same results!
