My giveaway ended and the winner is ignoring me... should i reroll?

Send him an e-mail. if you have and he hasn't or if he still doesn't answer then, re-roll.

What do you mean by 'ignored me'? Did the winner use the Ignore Function of Steam Friends or is the winner not just accepting your friend request atm? Besides, give the winner some time to respond. ALL OF US HERE have joined many givaways in which we don't care if we're offline or busy at the moment the giveaway ends.

send him an e-mail telling him to check galagiveaway and add him again. the winner might not know that he/she won a game here that's why he/she is ignoring your steam friend invite. Do Not Send a Steam Code via e-mail. you may not re-roll if you do so.

All important things have already been said, still let me sum them up for you:

If you can't contact the winner by Steam, you should try to contact him by mail instead.
If you still can't get in touch with the winner within 7 days after your giveaway ended you can ask support for a re-roll.

Be prepared to add screenshots to your re-roll request so you can prove that you've tried to contact the winner.

If he's being stupid like that just stop trying to contact him, wait the 7 days and if he hasn't woken up yet, get a reroll.
