Dont you have latest steam client. Even free on demand is added to library.

Hm, i did load my steam profile page before and after adding it to check and it didnt increase

They mean the game count in case you didnt know. Not that it actually adds to your library

Thats maybe what Juicy ment now concidering how the new steam library works. But I doubt thats what most people thought of before when they asked about +1. Specially since "steam is learning" games isnt increasing game count. They just cared if game was added to library and wasnt a hidden free on demand game that disappears when not installed.
