Humble support isn't even answering
I usually get responses anywhere between 20 minutes and 3 days, with 1.5 - 2 days being the most typical wait period. If they're exceptionally busy (typically this only happens during Humble Sales) or if your circumstance is very unusual, then it may take longer- with 5-6 days being their normal delay under those conditions . They have replied on weekends in the past.

But, no matter how long it takes, they will correct your issue for you, so long as the responsibility for the matter lies on their end. As such, so long as your purchase completed successfully and isn't refunded, they'll make sure you get a working game. As far as making it in time for your trip abroad, you should be fine so long as you've got another day or two to wait on their response.
That said, you may want to make sure your purchase actually did complete succesfully- as the error message you reported seems to be primarily based within payment failures.

Surprisingly, at least seemingly, accurate statistics for something like this. Assuming it's not just guesstimates, how come you have recorded all the data required and how many data points are we talking about here?

When you log in your humble account on the site you can pick from 3 menus to show your monthly.. "Library"(shows all the games), "Purchases" (shows all the bundles or store purchases)and "Keys"(will show a list of all the keys). It will be under each of these.

Besides there being an account issue I wonder if there might be an issue with the referral and that's what's causing the problem.
Did you buy more than 1 monthly? Cause that right there could be the reason it didn't generate a key. If I remember correctly it's only 1 monthly per customer.
The only other thing I can think of besides what's on that page I linked and the 2 things above is possibly a region lock issue. Some games are region locked. Not sure if Killing Floor 2 is or not but if it is that might be the issue as well.

There shouldn't be any issues with applying a new subscriber discount to a multi-month subscription. In addition to Humble's FAQ outright describing that situation as one which is intended to function without issue, it's not the kind of problem that'd have gone so long without being noticed (from SG alone, several people have commented about applying coupons to multi-month subscriptions- and we're still a small portion of Humble's customer base).

Have you checked to confirm that you've claimed the page for the bundle?
Considering the context under which the error shows (that is, a situation where the purchase isn't properly authorized to your account), an unclaimed page feels like it'd be another potential basis for the error.

I don't know, I purchased monthly, closed tab which wanted me to "continue shopping" or "get my games" (because I thought that I'll get this link in my mail), but I only got to my mail, successful order mail and nothing more, so I went to my account and looked at all tabs: "purchases", "library".... Haven't found anything and used order resender. In order resender I got this first link with name "6 Month Plan", opened it and got unknown key(

What does it show when you go to the main monthly page? Does it try to make you subscribe again, or does it give you the link to the download page for the early reveal game?

Yeah, when I bought monthly, it took me to a download page from there, instead. So (and as your comment to veebles below seems to confirm) the monthly purchase definitely seems to not have gotten associated with your account. If the page with the unknown key message doesn't have a 'Claim' button anywhere, then it's likely down to just waiting for Humble staff to tinker with things.

I'm not quite sure what you mean, but if you're indicating that you're trying to access Monthly without being logged into your Humble account, then no- I don't believe it's possible to interact with monthly subscriptions in any way, while not logged in.

As long as you use your associated e-mail when making a purchase, you can still easily claim the page later on [>>]; I've done it myself a few times (though admittedly, not with a Monthly). Maybe you could take a screenshot of the page it shows you after using the Order Resender link? [Make sure to edit out the URL and any other potentially sensitive information.] I dunno if Monthly has a 'Claim this Page' link like normal purchases, but I believe it usually shows in the top right corner. If not, you can check to see if it'll show in your unclaimed purchases (details in link above).

By my experiences, that'd be a decidedly unusual circumstance- part of the core appeal of Credit Cards and Paypal is, after all, their ability to function as instant payment; delays should really only be an issue when dealing with checks or direct bank transfer.

I've never heard of Monthly not being immediate, regardless of basis; hence why it would have had to have related to some precise manner of situation. I wasn't arguing the possibility of your point, just noting that it'd be a pretty weird circumstance which'd have that happen.

Yesterday I bought first ever time humble monthly bundle for 6 months. All I have done is used persons referral and -10% coupon for new subscribers. Now as I try to get my Killing Floor 2, page says "Unknown key". I already tried order sender and wrote to support. Humble support isn't even answering and I need their answer ASAP, cuz I am going abroad soon. Does someone know how to solve this problem.
P.S. I haven't refunded this bundle, I even got order id on my mail
EDIT:I just got welcoming email from Humble Monthly, AFTER 2 DAYS OF WAIT, I really like Humble Bundle, thank you guys for all your advices
