Do report the guy on Steam though, category "suspected hijack or phishing".
Who knows, maybe Valve will take action when the evidence is that clear-cut and obvious...

It's a thumbs up from me. Grammar aside, it sounds way better than "you're a 10 years old kid". If you subtract 10 years off a kid's age you end up with at most zero years and in general a negative amount. Therefore it ended up a bigger insult than intended.

It's an unpopular opinion, but I really dislike games such as CS:GO, TF2, DotA 2 or any other mainstream popular ones with functional steam markets and a roaring economy in trade. The gaming population gets inflated largely due to the sheer number of school kids who own only 4-5 games on their account at most, invest up to 3000+ hours on the game, and then resort to attempting to scam others to get vanity items, because their parents don't support the gaming habit. At a point, even VALVe is to blame here for not having age verification, remember that gambling lawsuit? I mean, sure, scammers exist. But stuff like this only makes you cringe more than anything else, because it becomes quite apparent that kids and sometimes even adults are driven to the point of desperation to acquire virtual items, so they just attempt to cheat others out of their hard-earned money. It should be hilarious, the broken english and the fail at the attempt at scamming, but I find it pretty sad to be honest.

When I say unpopular, I refer to my dislike for the games in question. Without the other context, it just states that I dislike the game arbitrarily with no special reason pertaining to the actual game. And my point here stands: I don't care how good the game is, but if it has an economy and that economy is based on vanity items, then I can not bring myself to like it, at all. I don't care how good your game is, if it has even the remotest to do with a full-fledged economy on skins, hats or gloves then fuck it, I'm not going to play that game. I say this because these games are very much enjoyable without a single purchase, from what I've seen (and played)

is it illegal if you only have one kidney so you get an implant in kenya and laters sell a kidney in moldova?

Think about few things that involve such trading:
1) It is hard to transport kidneys without permission
2) you cant transplant one yourself and later resell it (there are lots of medical complications)
3) It is hard to find buyer
and some other

Just thought about it, checked here, Steam allows up to 64 characters password, so there goes a stupid idea: Generate an image with 64 random characters, with ambigous characters (like 0 and O, and so on... like happens in written serials in CD cases), tell the person you'll generate a new temporary password for Steam, send him a fake login and the image of the password, then tell tell you have to go and get offline. I wonder how many tries the person will give... having to type the whole thing, change each letter, etc.

Off topic question: I'm interested in both of the games, which one should i get first? and secondly, CKII's collection has been removed from steam and EU IV's collection apparently doesn't have any of the actual expansions like common sense or el dorado, so should I wait for a bundle or just get the collection at a discount and buy dlc separately?

depends on the type of game you want to play.
if you want to take over the world by brute force then EUIV
if you want slowly take over the world by marrying your son to another nations daughter and then killing off all of his sons then CKII .
one is based more on armies and the other on people

if it also helps decide EU4 is grand strategy where you place as the nation where as CKII is more micro managing, and you play as a person (and his children)
