Same thing happened to me when they ran out of keys. I couldn't find a way back to the redeem key page, since the link on the promo page just said "claimed" and wasn't clickable. 😒
Fortunately in my browser history there was a page titled "Download HackyZack" with an address like this:
www.humblebundle.com/downloads?key=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx that I was able to go back to and redeem the restocked key 🙂

I can't reclick the Claimed button, didn't get an email(which I normally do get for games that were added to my account), nor is there any way to get back to the page from the website. The only way to get back to it is through the browser history. I'm a Monthly subscriber and my Steam account is linked, so it can't be an account verification issue. It's also not listed under Library, Keys or Coupons.

yes they probably will, but make sure to safe the "www.humblebundle.com/downloads?key=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" link so you will be able to redeem the key as soon as the have some again

Well, it was for me and others, so maybe the issue they are having with running out of keys is related to some bug that causes it not to show up for some people, but I think that the proper behavior for this promo is for it to be added to purchases/keys.

The developer probably thought maybe 5 or 10 thousand people would participate in this promotion and after already restocking once are not too happy now what they agreed to, I would assume :D

Take a look in your browser history, you must find a link like this one : "https://www.humblebundle.com/downloads?key=XXXXXXXXXX" it appears after you claim the game...I got my key today thanks to it. Make sure that the page appears "Thanks for purchasing HackyZack!".
