Okay, so I wanted to join the raffle for Orion: Dino Horde. The problem is that every raffle tells me "Exists in Your Account", I don't own the game. It's not even on my steam wish list. Is this normal? What's going on?

and because it's free for an entire week and you have to sync here at least once a week, sooner or later no one will be able to enter giveaways for it

In short, just go to Account > Sync Account and click "Sync With Steam".
