7 days is the standard waiting period. Not everyone is online 24/7.

you can email or add as friend. if there is no response for (i think 7 days) you can re roll the giveaway.

There isn't much else to do. I had one winner take about three days to respond, though most of my have been completed within 24 hours. If they don't respond within seven days, you can request a new winner.

No, there isnt any other way to contact the winner, unless you have the real address or telephone number.

Just wait the seven days and request a reroll with evidence of your reaching out to the unresponsive winner.

Out of all the giveaways I've made, I think only one had a quick response. Standard operating procedure for my giveaway winners is to immediately log out of Steam for the next 48 hours (at least).

Just be patient and wait until seven days are up.

I just did my last public giveaway... I'd recommend doing private or group giveaways as they seem to have better outcomes for everyone. It seems to be a quicker, snappier process and most the people that enter them are my favorite SteamGifters. The last 2 winners in my private GAs are active on the forums and are really polite guys. In the future I will ONLY do private and group. Avoid the herd..
