You level up by giving away games:

Go to one of the cheap bundle games sites, like bundlestars or indiegala.
Buy a bundle, then give those games away on here.
When people win and receive the games, you get points to level up.

Gaining levels - As giveaways you create reach their end and the winner gets the game, your account will slowly rise in level. Games that have been in a bundle or excessively cheap will be slower than other titles.

Gaining points - For these, you do nothing but wait, you gain points every several minutes. The speed depends on how many giveaways have been made during that time. Points will cap at 300.

You just have to give games to others and become a slave of the site a casual gifter :)

Here's what worked for me:

• Summon Fek'lhr and attempt to pass to Gre'thor
• Release the kraken
• Give everyone 20 copies of bad rats

You, basically, need to create giveaways and those giveaways need to be marked as received by winners. You don't need to give games to winners but you, somehow, need to convince them to mark, I don't know how but you can bribe them. Oh, before forget to mention, misusing of giveaway feedback will result as a perma-ban for those, so keep it in mind.

Points get given out automatically as other people give games. You can have a max of 300, every 15min or so when you have less the site will update and add more if any games have been given away.

Levels you get by giving away games. One thing to remember, other than what got you suspended lol, never re-gift a game. If you win it, you have to activate it on your account, giving it away again will get you the boot.
