Hi. I have won a CD key (in a private in-friends raffle, not online) I don't want this game, i want to give it away here.
The problem is that I'm only 99% sure it works (I know the guy and he's very trustworthy, but everyone makes mistakes), and I don't know if I even can giveaway a CD key here.
So,
-Is that OK I make this giveaway (I don't wanna get banned here :( )
-If it is, how do I make a steam key giveaway?

Ok, so how (technically) do I start a key giveaway?
Just normally and send the key by the e-mail?
And if the key doesn't work (Thomas was alone), do I get banned?

Yes, You can start the key giveaway just in the normal way. If the key you gave to the winner has already been activated then you must provide the winner with another key/gift of the same game

Key giveaway's are fine until and unless the key is not considered exploited. In you're case you should rather give the key away on forums or something if you are not 100% sure that if the key is used or not.

It's Thomas was Alone key (humble bundle I guess), and it doesn't considered exploited, I think.

Well, infact i would make a froum based giveaway.
It does not give you CV, but since noone has to pay to enter,
it shouldn`t make anyone angry if it does not work.
