I never considered the H170 motherboard. You have me something to think about.
As much as I'd like to have an i7 it's more than I was looking to spend. Although maybe a cheaper H170 might make it closer when I look at the combined cost. I was looking at the i5 6600K because it's available on Amazon for $250. The i5 6500 is $205, the i5 6600 is $225. Having the option to overclock would be nice but if I'm honest with myself, I'll probably never do it.

I'm looking at getting an i5 6600K CPU and I know that I'll need a new motherboard. I'm looking at the options out there and I'm a bit overwhelmed. When the reviews start going into channels, controllers, etc, they start to lose me. I'm not really into overclocking. I only use a single GPU. What's a good card under $200?
