Whitelist wagon.
Whitelist/group wagon.
Special region-restricted giveaway.
Easy bot-repelling puzzle.
No level restrictions.
Blacklist redemption.
Whitelist expansion: be one of the first 3 persons to solve the puzzle in the end of the train and I'll add you.
3-day runtime.

Solvers reported Q2 not accepting correct answer (although it's listed as one of the answers). Added another option.

Solution

To solve the puzzle and get a chance to win Watch_Dogs Complete you basically needed these wikipedia pages:
