Youtube video on Steam game review

I think the steam review is a nice plus to choose your games wisely (but not only), but one thing i hate is these guys/gals who plays the game for a few minutes or at most a couple of hours and quickly write an half-ass review with a video of their gameplay on their youtube channel. If i'd wanted to check videos of gameplay i'd directly search for them on youtube...

So anyway here are a few questions:

1/ Am I the only one who downvote the reviews without reading them as long as i see a video link in it?
2/ Do some of you actually watch these videos?
3/ What do you think of people posting youtube link on steam review?

It's a post I wanted to write for some time coz this trend really bothers me.

I also hate it. I don't watch it. They just do it because they want traffic for their channel (or in one case, linking their own review site filled with adverts).

If there's an actual review and THEN a video, I think most of us would be fine, but like Shawei said, they generally half-ass them. Most of them just have some sort of introduction, such as: "The game was good, insert minor details, check out my youtube for more."

Downvote them, that's all you can do to help pushing the useless reviews out of the "most helpful" list instead of the constructive and objective reviews.

If I wanted a gameplay,I'd search youtube for it. Some reviews with videos are actually decent,others are just bs farming views,so I don't outright dismiss those; However,if there is another review of adequate length I will prefer it. I wish the option to add youtube links to reviews was removed.
