Which Game should i buy and some GA inside

Tough question. It depends what you enjoy more I guess. Dragon Ball Xenoverse has the highest ratings so I would choose that.

Xenoverse is a ton of fun, though its pretty hard and the way the game is structured leaves something to be desired. You're on some planet whose name I assume you would recognize if you were a bigger DB fan than I. I genuinely do not remember where to go to progress the story. Granted the last time I tried I spent a grand total of five minutes looking around but you know. The game is definitely awesome and brings back a ton of nostalgia for me, but its not without its flaws. That being said it's still super worth playing.

I love One Piece and the Pirate Warriors games, so I voted for that.

Xenoverse looks cool, but I didn't and don't really like Dragonball.

Xenoverse if you prefer fighting game. I'm not sure about the online battle now, last I checked it's full of cheese strategy.
Toukiden I would not suggest, it's soon to be eclipsed by Toukiden 2 (but you need to wait until it's ported to steam, which will be very long)
DW / SW if you liked their respective historical setting.

Really can't tell you much, because I haven't followed this kind of games for the while. But one thing I can suggest is that check how is each game is ported. Those games are notorious for bad controls, frame rate cap, no mouse support in menus and numerous other issues.

DBX is super awesome but I would suggest getting it in the upcoming sale. Its super duper fun although its kind of short but I love how you basically make a main character that can have almost any move from the DBZ series
