Steam Guard and Steam Market Question

I don't want to get a trading restriction for a few days for testing this..so i prefer to ask you guys:
Is it possible to sell in Steam Market if i have only Steam Guard ( e-mail ) enabled on my account ( No Mobile Authenticator ). If yes...do i have to wait a few days/week in order to list an item for sale ?
Sorry for the silly question..but cound't find the exact answer in the steam FAQ.

Without Mobile Authenticator you have to wait 15 days to sell in the market.
