What do I do?

So apparantly I've won that giveaway - http://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/yd1hz/call-of-duty-modern-warfare-3
Checked my email - nothing was there. Waited 1 week as told in the description and I pressed the button 'Not recieved'. What shoud I do now, I added the person on steam, but he is currently offline. Could I expect the game or it was probably a fake giveaway?

Added him on steam, he's active there, hopefully he will respond to me, also posted a comment at his youtube page, at least I want a solid NO if that's the case.

A mod is likely handling it because it was fake, and the member is likely banned.

Sorry this happened man, really sucks.

I'll try to track him down to see what's going on, but to be honest, it looks fake in this situation. In the meantime, he's banned and the points have been returned to all users that entered.
