Gifts that aren't received shouldn't count towards your gifts won in profile.

So after 200 entries, I finally won a gift. Well come a week later, the three winners never got our gifts. I marked the gift as not recieved, but in my profile it says that I won a gift.

I think that if you do not receive a gift, it shouldn't count towards your gifts won. Since you didn't win anything.

Just my 2 cents.

I had this happen, all I had to do was send an email to inbox@steamgifts.com and it got sorted out.

Since they started hiding the winners before their gift is received, this no longer happens.

actually, the winners are anonymous until feedback is given, including negative feedback. see for yourself

I think your best bet to resolve this, would be to go to the support forum.
Tell them what happened and I'm pretty sure they will remove it and ban the gifter.
