Red Faction Indie Gala not purchasable with german PayPal?

I tried to buy the newest Indie Gala and it didn't seemed to work. Could it be that we german people are not allowed to buy it, since it isn't on Steam if you search for it? (It's on the list or something, I dunno.)

Anybody else had that problem?

I didn't buy it, but everything looks normal from here until the Paypal window, I can login there just fine (and probably pay, but since I don't want to buy, I didn't log in). Any error message?
Also read this. I don't know if IG gives you single keys, but if they do so, the key should not be region locked :)

"We couldn't progress your purchase." or somewhat close to it. You can log in and everything but as soon as you wanna buy it, it gives you an error message.

I'm German and it worked here. However I purchased it shortly after it launched. Contact their support.
