Contact the seller xD. Steam can't help you. You key might be revoked and only the seller can help you.
If you traded for it, you've been scammed, nothing can be done.

The best advice is don't buy from shady sellers in the future.

Where did you get it from? Did you got any message on your Steam client about the removal? There was a lot of notices and even some staff topics here and on ST about keys of Arma III bought with stolen cards and the imminent risk of they being revoked.

If you paid via PayPal you can't dispute anymore, but you can still complain.

I doubt after 6 months the seller continues their activities, because most likely it's a shady seller. There was a fraud involving ARMA 3 and other Bohemia games months ago. Maybe you got your game from that wave...

A lot of Arma3 keys were revoked a few months ago due some credit card fraud.

did you notice the game was removed or notified off steam, just curious

For what I have seen, people get notifications when valve removes an activated gift or a game bought directly from steam store. Games activated from exploited/fraudulent keys, on the other side, simple vanish

there were many exploited keys some months ago on many forums thats why all the copies were removed. maybe some person sold you an exploited key? idk but same happened with me but I didn't buy it, I just got it for free on some forum. so Its no that sad for me though.

Arma 3 had also limited time keys. but they expire 3 months ago or even earlier. I got that key (but know that it is limited time). Play it, and decide, that this isn't game which I want play.

Unless you bought the key from a legit seller (ie Gamersgate, Green Man Gaming, Amazon) you're going to have to kiss your cash goodbye.

That's the risk you take vs the money you save when buying from shady sites or trading keys with strangers.

You might find that you can still play the game by locating the .exe file, and clicking on it. However, depending on the DRM implementation, this may not work.

Suport tell me call the seller.I mail them again and again and they dont even told me why they do this. What Kind of stupid thing is this? When we buy a game they take the money so fast but when asked for suport they do nothing?I hate that kind of business politics!!!

This is why you don't buy keys from unauthorized resellers or gifts using paypal or something that's not stream tradeable.

Basically this. Trade/buy from sellers outside GMG, GG, and other such official sellers, and you run this risk; not much Valve can really do about it

You bought it from a random person. It's written in the steam knowledge base hundreds of times. If you buy something outside of steam, it's entirely at your own risk. The support cannot do anything to help you. Now if you actually used keys like TF2 or Dota2 keys, then steam could reverse that trade and give you your items back.
