not sure if monthly, but certain giveaway sites at least.

IGN prime is so bad these days. Last months had way fewer keys than normally so russian fake credit card farmers farmed those in a flash.

Jesus, I hate the IGN web site...everything flashes to a @#$!ing ad to push you to sign up for IGN Prime. It redirects before I can generate my key. ლ(ಠ益ಠლ)

Yeah, but if recruiting is done in such an aggressive way, it's a shady tactic, especially if it's to turn off something that is designed to be intentionally annoying in order to drive you to membership. Any remaining respect that I had for them is lost at this point.
