You can try this group. Rules are good and worth to try. I'm mainly active on this one at the moment.

The only one not mentioned so far is Playing Matters. I am ineligible myself though because they require you play wins across the board from Steam Gifts, and I win far too many to manage that.
You are ineligible too because your ≥25% complete is 26.6% (25/94), and they require 50%+.
Random groups I also like but which aren't based on playing games: Masafors Group of Friends, Mini Jedi Training, NVPG, and Unlucky-7.

Playing Matters doesn’t seem to let new people in, but if it does, I don’t know how I would join?

If things didn't change recently, you have to simply submit your application in the recruiting thread lext linked above and wait for an answer. But if you don't meet the minimum requirements—at least 50% of played wins with 25% of completed achievements on average—I wouldn't bother. They're quite strict and it's not like they just plainly look at the numbers.
Btw without any intention of overstepping here, from what I see you have a very high average achievement percentage (93.2%), but you've played "only" 20.48% (17/81) of your wins, so, without considering that a part from V Rising and Satisfactory they're all kinda short games, even if you can be considered on the right track, you don't strictly meet the requirements of the group atm.

I have quite a lot of unplayable victories, I have already completed most of the good games

just distributions where there were a lot of copies and the game itself has limited profile functions and is generally quite bad in type
Busway Islands - Puzzle.
I used to enter into such distributions, but now I almost don’t
Or how i need play dlc or Purnout lands this not able on steam

uhh just because they were a mass giveaway and has limited profile it doesn't mean that they are bad...
tbh, busway islands look like a nice, relaxing puzzle game. it even has 30 positive reviews so unless they are fabricated, they might be good enough to play. moreover, these kinds of games are usually short. try it, you might be surprised :)

I think you can still reach the 50% threshold even without touching the games that are unplayble to you.
Btw, at this point I don't even know if the recruiting is still active. What I can tell you, though, and mind that I may be wrong, is that for a group called "playing matters", where the essence is basically to join only GAs for games you actually want to play, that attitude towards your past wins wouldn't look too good.

Oh and there's also the Steamgifts Magazine!
https://www.steamgifts.com/discussion/JKEjx/central-hub-unofficial-steamgifts-magazine
It's not so active as it used to be, but every once in a while, there is a wave of giveaways and if you win any game, you are required to play it and write a review (to be published in the magazine).
Personally, it has helped me get into very interesting genres that I wouldn't otherwise touch.

Good group but they didn’t accept me, even though I’m ready to give big reviews

I'm a member of SGM, I've actually recently submitted a review for Pathologic 2 which I hope gets published on the next edition! :)

It might take a bit longer given our critical lack of designers, but it should appear at some point for sure! (feel free to try your hand at designing it yourself if you want~)

TalePlay - basically same rules as PA but in three months instead of one. Great community 🙌🏻

Its literally the first group he's mentionned that he is already a member of.

Sorry about that, I managed to completely bungle reading your initial description 😅
The only other backlog cleaning group that I know of that hasn't yet been mentioned is Backlog Assassins Extraordinaire - they're the ones behind the backlog management tool BLAEO that is quite popular here on SG as well. You'll have to see their thread for details, but I believe initial requirements are related to being frequently active on their tool/website, and you'll have to maintain regular activity there (basically posting/showing backlog progress) monthly or so in order to maintain membership.
EDIT: Just checked, you just have to maintain activity on the site prior to entering giveaways, so just be careful with that. I was kicked a few years ago because I thought I had posted recently but something must've gone wrong and apparently I had not 😅

i think most people already told you all the groups i know that focuses on playing your backlog, so i'll just mention something that isn't it: events!
https://www.steamgifts.com/discussion/4Ujx1/monthly-in-a-month-52-the-cowboy-edition
monthly in a month is an event where you have to finish 6 games that has been bundled in HB choice within 1-2 months (depend on the current cycle rules). that link is for the newest cycle, but cjcomplex usually make a new thread whenever a new cycle starts.
https://www.backlog-assassins.net/themes/2024-12
blaeo has monthly themes, similar to PAGYWOSG, but there is no giveaway hidden behind it.

Well, theres always Akatsuki(if you can afford it ^^):
https://www.steamgifts.com/discussion/ynDw6/akatsuki-group-for-unbundled-games-no-ratio-systemplay-your-won-gamesopen
If you win a game you have to play it, but best for you to read all the Rules for yourself in the starting post (THAT is really important as then you'll know IF you are eligable to apply AND what you have to do to apply, a short "i'm interested/want to join" is NOT enough ^^).

I've been looking for more groups to join, mainly those that game-ify backlog clearing / that are based on the intention of wins being played.
I'm fairly active on TalePlay, PAGYWOSG and I've been rejected entry to Playing Appreciated (due to my dubious achievement status as a result of having used SteamAchievementManager a few years ago 😢) and have been wondering whether I've missed some fun challenge groups or groups worth joining in general.
Responses appreciated, feel free to invite me to your own groups as well!
