Well, "which" could also work because the names are in pairs, and there are a finite number of suggestions in this thread (even though it theoretically has no absolute end), so I'd honestly have gone with "which" in this circumstance as well.

Well, either could be used in this particular case. I'd opt for "which" since it is more accurate and specifies a determinable quantity, but "what" could also work, depending on what you mean and which you think best fits the situation.

In Estonia we don't call the cats to us saying "kitty kitty" but ksss ksss (like kiss without i), because cats react to that sound the best. For that reson it is common for our cat names to contain ks or s letters.
In english it could be X or Z aswell so maybe one of the names could me "Moxxi" as Mad Moxxi from Borderlands and the other one "Zoey" as Zoey from Left 4 Dead.
