Rules for posting own surveys (with steam key giveways)?

I have created some surveys for school and research purposes and want to gather as much data as possible. So am I allowed to post my own surveys (completely my OWN) and giveaway steam keys to random participants as an incentive? Thanks a lot!

There have been surveys for school assignments here several times. Of course a bribe never hurts participation.
