Regarding region restrictions, this is from their FAQ:

If you want to know if a game has any region restrictions, you can find that out in the box with the orange border on the game's page. If there is no box, there are no restrictions. But feel free to ask us anyway - we can confirm region restrictions for each game at our website.

Since there's no orange box on the page, there should be no region locks

The non deluxe version that you liked is cheaper than the link zimmer550 linked. But zimmer550's link is about deluxe version so in that way it is a better deal (more content).
If we compare the deluxe versions on game planet and humble there too humble is a better deal with the subscriber discount+ gameplanet's version is region restricted.
But you were just pointing out the normal version. If we compare with humble using this link: https://www.humblebundle.com/store/star-wars-jedi-fallen-order it is only advantagous with the subcriber thing (26,39€ instead of 29,99€)

Thanks for the info!

Both versions of the game is region locked for me, so they won't even appear in the humble store if I searched for it or redirect me to the main page when clicking on links. I guess Gamesplanet will be more beneficial for those in my situation
