It's a simple logic. You did a job but you can't get your pay for it case you doesn't meet some requirements. First demands then work.

Why are you saying sorry to this person? They either haven't activated all won games which is against the rules, or won the same gift multiple times which is also against the rules. Those are basic SG rules... it does not matter if you have to verify on sgtools.
They should apologize to you.
