How do I know what game?

Hello. I have bought some bundles and random keys and want to give them away. I got the keys but I dont know for what games they are. How do I find it out? thank you!

You can't find out what key it is without activating the key, unfortunately.
You could only try to activate it on steam yourself and if you own the game already, the key stays valid.
That's really the only option you've got.

So how then people create giveaways?
Also, if I already have the game, together with the message that I own the game already, do I get the name of it?

when you put the code into steam, it should say You already have this game do you want to install. and it should say somewhere in that box, the name of the game

Technically speaking yes, but doesn't the bundle page show you the name of the game together with the key? I mean, they don't just give you the keys witout telling you what game it is, do they?
