Need help with Tomb Raider achievements

So I got this game couple days ago and played like an hour of the campaign. Just one hour and I knew I had to %100 this game. So I went to play some multiplayer since it has 10-15 achievements and oh my god it is the worst multiplayer ever. After 6 hours of playing I got 9 achievements and I need help for the rest of them. Like winning a ranked match on every mode (nobody plays ranked so this is the hardest and rarest achievement) or killing two enemies with one grenade.

never bother with MP achievement. just complete all SP achievements and go on with your life.

sam doesn't work for multiplayer achievements

AFAIK it does, it doesn't work for server side achievements, but not all multiplayer achievements are server-side.
