False Key

I don't want to sound like a dickhead but I was given a false key from the game Hush, but I cannot activate it as it was already active. I tried to add him and comment on his profile but still no response, Would I just have to put the gift not received? Thanks much love.

Try contacting the creator in the giveaway itself by leaving him a comment there as well.
If he doesn't reply within 7 days of the giveaway ending, mark the giveaway "Not Received."

I just realized that the game isn't even hush I was gifted it was star wars 3 used key so it must've been a mix up.
