UK here, it happens sometimes I think when people link to a US store. Not sure. Had it happen but it changes back.

This is completely normal. As the first guy who replied to this thread said, just add "/?cc=xx" (xx - your country's abbreviation) after the "store.steampowered.com" and you'll be set. I use this trick (yes I called it a trick!) to check Russian steam store prices all the time.

Alternatively, clearing your browser cache might reset it for you, but I'm not sure about that.
