Which one should i purchase?

stories + dlcs are much better than #4...

I liked the setting and story of New Vegas better, but you can't expect too much from any Fallout game storywise, since it is based mostly on exploration...
They are pretty much the same, except Fallout 4 introduces the settlement building simulator and adds an awesome crafting system to the game, which makes every weapon/armor you manufacture/customize feel like a unique item.
If you can afford the slightly higher price of FallOut 4, I would go for that.

The Culling is dead, which is ashame... So for multiplayer I would say PUGB (which I'm failing to leech)
But I think if you want a single player experience I would go FO4 :D

It would be terrible to buy a fresh game only to find the playerbase mostly dead (and therefore the ability to play not really an easy prospect).
The Culling had a free weekend before, and the price does dip down nicely during sales. If you really want to try that one I would suggest perhaps waiting for a good discount while monitoring how active the playerbase is. Unless of course you have several buddies all interested in picking it up, then you can pretty much host yourselves when you gather up.

Awesome! Well, if you do get PUGB then give me your opinion on it. Can't see myself spending full price on it.

Yeah I've watched it a bit. Probably won't buy it for ages. Trying to focus on playing wins and gifts. Which is why I'm trying to win it xD
For now, I'm gonna watch it on youtube! \o/

If you don't mind playing a paranoid burglar who thinks everyone is out to kill him/her as he/she looks through every room and opens every door he/she can find, then PUBG might very well be the right game for you.
No, seriously. It's so intense at times tho, and when that number starts to tick down towards the 20s remaining, that's when the adrenaline rush usually comes for me. Outsmarting players is so much fun too, not so fun to be outsmarted tho...
It's simply an amazing game, and it has a very healthy player base (which is a must for an online only kind of game). So it basically comes down to how much you're willing to pay for it. I would have bought it for $15 or $20 at the most before I was lucky enough to win it here. So good luck in your future PUBG entries, may the gods forever be in your favor.

Thank you very much! If I win before I end up buying it, that would be amazing!
Even watching videos on it gives me a similar rush, the moment where you hear a footstep that's not your own, or a gunshot very close seems to send me into it.
That and Fallout 4 seem to be winning right now, so I may end up buying those.

Honestly, I've always wanted to get into these types of games. Like The Culling but that got shit and died. I think its the right game for me! It sounds intense! I love it xD
I would be willing to pay for it easily. Its just I want to play more of my wins cause I'm guiltied into it I guess. So, if I win it... Then its a loop hole ;)
Thank you! Although I have one entry in a 12,000 giveaway and thats it... So, I need all the luck I can get xD Thank you anyway <3

You wasnt online for 21 days. Why you want to buy a new game?
Comment has been collapsed.
the question you have to make to yourself is..
(well, 2..)
Do I want to play this?
Will I play this right after purchase?
If both are yes, buy it.
If there is any "no"... Then why buy it..
Don't buy or buy later when you got the time or the mood for playing.
Comment has been collapsed.
Well for most of the games, yes.
With Fallout I reckon it's a yes for both.
For PUBG it's a yes.
For the culling, maybe not, due to the fact I'll only play with friends.
For The escapists 2, its a yes, for a while at least.
And for ghost recon its a yes, after my friends stop playing or I stop playing, I can play the game a few months later and still have tons to do.
It's a hard choice.

Fallout vs PUBG then...
The question is...
PVP or solo RPG?
take your pick :D

If your friend has bought GR Wildlands I'd say you may look into that.
Other than that I'd ask you if you're more into single player (FO4) or multiplayer (PUBG).
I would probably get the ultimate edition of FO3 or FONV instead of FO4, but if you got the pc to run it with good graphics then maybe go FO4. I've kinda only seen bad things about FO4 tho, but that was at release and buggy gameplay (so basically problems every other game has too).
You can play as a team in PUBG too, which I haven't tried (no friends) but it looks like fun.
Voting for PUBG since it's so fun.

don't buy fo4 for the story... it's super boring. if you're into building and stuff it's cool I guess, but the Single Player campaign is just bad.
also the culling is more or less dead. So if you want a game like this pubg might be the best game for the next months.
Wildlands is fun with friends. So if you have someone to play with it might a good option.

Have you played FO3 or NV? Would you recommend them instead?
Yeah, I've been warned of that by a few now, so I might steer clear of that.
PUBG seems very popular, so I might end up getting that.
Yeah, two of my friends now have it, so it could be a safe bet.
Thank you!

Never was a huge Fallout Fan tbh.
But let me bring some games on your radar that might worth a look
Multiplayer
Singleplayer
Some more or less known Singeplayer-Games that are great
Tomb Raider, Rise of the Tomb Raider, Alien Isolation (Humble Bundle), Mad Max, GTA V (never played online)
If you enjoyed Portal you might also check out: The Talos Principle and The Turing Test

Don't starve together looks quite fun, but I don't think any of my friends would like the style of it.
I'll have a look at it, sounds interesting enough!
I've played a fair bit of the tomb raider series, and I've enjoyed it, never played the other besides GTA V and portal. I'll check them all out, thanks!

If you have played the original Fallout games (Fallout and Fallout 2), or if you just like RPGs with good stories, characters and role playing, then steer clear of Bethesda's Fallout games (Fallout 3 and 4) and get Fallout New Vegas instead. It was made by Obsidian, which employs a lot of the original people that worked on the first two games and the original Fallout 3 that was canceled (not the Bethesda release called Fallout 3). Fallout 3's story was stupid, linear and stupid (did I say that already), and I've heard Fallout 4's story is worse. It seems more like a first person shooter, hoarding stuff and base building game, which doesn't interest me, because I like role playing games to have, interesting stories, characters and role play in it.

FO4 if you want to play alone, GR Wildlands if you want to co-op with your friend.

Fallout 4 is definitely the best choice if you're planning to play solo. Ghost Recon seems fun if played in co-op but I can't say much since I never tried it yet. PUBG, in the other hand, is really up to one's preferences. I bought it early on, played a few match, figured it really wasn't my type of game and proceed to ask for a refund. Give it a try for yourself and see.

So you want to choose among:
I'd say get the Escapists, at least that still has a good chance of turning into an actual video game played for the player's enjoyment. Or save money and buy something worthwhile later. Or play one of your untouched games. Psychonauts is still a damn good one. Or Empire at War.

Glad it helped.
I know it may look like I am shitting on new AAA games, but mostly because they feel like, well, conveyor belt products. I can like new expensive releases (I could write a 4000-word essay gushing about how good Doom 4 is, and I am saying as someone who isn't into FPS games for a long time), but most of the industry just feels… self-repeating for years now.
Plus I cannot trust a game designer who is so low on self-esteem that he not only has to plaster his own name to the product but also must do it every time in CAPITAL LETTERING, as if he is some attention-whoring hyperactive 14-year-old who wants to look cool in school.

I've not played an of them, but I voted for Ghost Recon since you've played it. At least you KNOW you like that compared to the others where you aren't sure. The Culling should be the last one you buy. I keep hearing that it's getting worse and worse.

Hello!
I need help with choosing what games I should buy out of those options.
I played a free trail of ghost recon with my friend, and I had a lot of fun, even in the 5 hours of gameplay.
Fallout 4 has always interested me, with it's setting and story. Also, I've seen a lot of fun mods for it.
I enjoyed the first escapists, but I never ended up completing a single prison. The idea of multiplayer sounds fun though.
Playerunknown's Battlegrounds looks very enjoyable, but is it overhyped?
And the culling is in the same genre as PUBG, so I have the same mind-set.
If anyone could help me choose, that would be great.
Its been about a year since I've used this website, I'm glad to be back.
