Yes, you need to make a nether account and the guest key becomes activated on that account.

and i read about two days ago that this is scam just like dayz aka infestation...
everything the same, promises, code, map etc.
well, i didn't play it but comparison screens with few of game features makes a point

Nether is good. Comparing it to warz is just laughable. I own the game and have played it for a nice amount of time. Not worth the 30, but worth the 15-20.
