If somebody doesn't leave a feedback, than your overall feedback is not affected.
Ex:
You have 99 positive feedback, 1 negative, and 10 sales with no feedback. Your rating is 99%
If you have another 15 trades with no feedback, rating stays the same (99%)

Thanks I understand what you are are saying but what Im saying is when it first started I had someone buy several keys and automatically leave negative feedback so my feedback is down to 91%. I have sold probably 30 games since then and out of that maybe 1 leave positive feedback and the rest nothing. I still look like Im only 91% so when people see me selling keys thats what they think my ratio is. That hurts me as a seller when it should be 99% or 100%

Case 1:
I created a trade, but the key is not in the marketplace, it´s on my bought list! ¿? (cancel trade and price value not visible)

I created a trade, canceled, and now I can´t create the trade again with that key because "the key is already used on a trade". ¿?

1) when you create a trade the game gets placed in your account with a price next to it - that is as it should be, so not sure what the problem was there - if it wasn't llisted there, how would you keep track of the games that you have listed for trade
2) sounds like you cancelled a perfectly set up trade - as that is where they are supposed to be - when you cancelled that trade it stayed in your account but now has a trade key tab next to it - that is how it should be - to put this game that you cancelled back into the trading market you click on the trade key white tab you have pointed your arrow to and set the price again on the subseqhent screen
you don't make a second seperate trade with that key again - you just click on that arrow marked tab and relist it
all the things you noted as issues are exactly how it is supposed to work and not issues from what I can tell

The MarketPlace always displays the game with the lowest price.
If you trade a game for 10 cents and somebody else trades for 5, the one for 5 will be shown and sold first.
You can't "SEE" your game at 10 cents.
Each title shows up in the marketplace ONCE, and the lowest price first. Once that is sold, next key with the lowest price is displayed.

a little suggestion (for the future):
You (95% rating) trade a game for 10 cents, and it shows up cause is the lowest price. If I (100% rating) trade that game with the same price, mine should go first.

yeah - it would be nice :) - but you have to remember that DIG probably uses the same api calls to steam that steamgifts does - and we all know how well SG copes with DLC's :P
still hopefully exo will manage to come up with some way to mark ones we don't want to see - but it could be quite a bit of work to do so

Many people have less than 100% of positive feedback, and the bad feedback is increasing. I bought a key and it´s duplicated. We need to know who are selling the keys. To contact in case of problems or to block them.

It would be great if DIG did not log us out so aggressively. It's really annoying to have to log in + captcha every time I want to check your site. I like to check the market page throughout the day, but it's so annoying to have to log in over and over and over...

I just bought a key for Plague Inc and it was duplicated. The seller had 99% positive rating so it is really weird, my guess is that there are people using multiple accounts (or friends) to get positive feedback to scam others.

I have bought about 8 games on the DIG MarketPlace and with a little common sense and looking at the ratings I haven't had a bad key, yet.
What's somewhat of is that some people use the region lock tab to post things like: it's not that game but it's another game. And doing that (selling/giving a wrongly advertised game) is even a big boo-boo on SG.

yeah - that should not really be allowed as far as I am concerned - as for the ratings thing - sadly I have two purchases that were not correct (actually more but I managed to correct them directly by posting here and managing to sort them out directly) and they were from high percentage people - so much like SG the high level users are never guaranteed to give perfect results :P

Before using SGTools, I can assure you that (talking from the perspective from my own giveaways) that the levels 0,1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 ,7, 8, 9, and 10 aren't guaranteed to give perfect results. ;-)

but I agree that seeing those comments in the other restriction areas is very annoying to me !! that just gets on my ocd nerves :P

yeah I have used it to sate my desire for collecting - which I had never been able to do before now :P - you might even have gotten one of my keys :P
as I used some of my old keys to fund my other purchases - the only annoyance I have at the moment is the lack of direct visible pricing with steam - some others might not want that, but I think that if a game is cheaper on steam then people should be told - but they can click through if required - I just would like to see it directly on the pages :)
oh and don't mind if I too come across as marginally salty - it is just the way I am feeling right now - seriously sometimes I don't want to get up in the morning at the moment :O)

Yes, those are completely removed from Steam, even the Steam api, and that's why you can't find them in the list. :-)

that is somewhat unfair - I think you should say that you should never by from the DIGmarketplace again - if you want to eliminate the greater risk with those keys and you wish to avoid any risks
However, the whole of DIG is not an open marketplace and all of DIG's other areas and bundles are guaranteed - with the exception of when a developer goes postal and revokes all keys of a game - which has happened to DIG, indigala, and groupees before now!
but of course that is just my opinon - as a purchaser of many of their bundles :)

I beg to differ. Since the introduction of the marketplace DIG is another grey market site, just like G2A, Kinguin, CDKeys and all the other sites that are around.
Whenever you buy from a grey market site, you have to be ready to get a non-working key. This is a risk any buyer from such a site has to be ready for. If you buy from a grey market site, you know what to expect, so don't complain afterwards that your money is gone and you did not get a key.
If you're not willing to take this risk, do not buy from those sites. It really is that simple.

My appologies - my point, which I think you might have misunderstood, was that the rest of DIG is not a grey marketplace and all of the keys for bundles etc.. are developer supplied - indeed exo is a developer themselves and curates all their bundles
yes - there is risk with the marketplace - and, indeed, that is what I stated in my reply to you; and as such that is what you should avoid if you don't want risk with those keys
but no - there is no risk with the remainder of the site - as those are all not grey marketplace keys and so it is disingenuous of you to imply that the whole site has risk - put simply it does not (at least no more risk than any other store)
irrespective of if you beg to differ - those are just the facts (the same as indigala with their multi-area shop - which has trades and auctions - and indeed groupees where you can trade out your keys - though admittedly only from their shop)
but those latter points are a different matter from the fact that the bundles, digpointsstore etc.. are not grey market areas - only the digmarketplace is - which is exactly what I said in my initial reply.

Yes I know... I've sold and bought many games from DIG and never had problems before... Only thing I want is to see buyer and seller names, cuz there's always risk, once randomly I sold key for different game with different name and hadn't chance to contact buyer and send working one...

yeah - agreed - or if not names (cause I understand that privacy becomes an issue for some) - at least an option to have a contact button appear when a key is marked as negative - thus allowing for remediation if possible and/or refund where not consider possible by all parties (this is all assuming that most people are being honest and not trying to just cheat the system - as cons work both ways of course); but I think/hope that exo is working on this, but such things take time
I still love the marketplace option though, despite the issues that I have had, and probably caused, to date - as I have never before managed to expand my catalogue as much until now :)

No need for apologies. And I understood you fine the first time :) It's just that I have another opinion about this matter. FOR ME, I no longer differantiate between DIG or Kinguin or G2A etc. Others can do how they please, it's just that for me, since the marketplace, they are all the same. G2A also sells legit, curated stuff straight from the developers. Not every key sold on G2A is a grey market key anylonger. Granted, relatively, the percentage of grey market keys to legit keys is much smaller on DIG. Although I always wonder about the keys in store, tho. Whenever there are a bunch of new keys on this ridiculously cheap russian site that still is mentioned here in the forums - Steamgrounds or sth like that - approx. one or two weeks later all new games that get added in the store on DIG are the games that popped up on this russian site. Makes me wonder...

yeah - sadly the keys appearing is more a reflection of the developer realising that selling their games off really really cheap will get them thousands of new customers making them cards :P - that probably makes them more money than the game - also most of these lower end games appear on steam for about $0.30; take out the tax and valves cut, then the game is around $0.10 - buy in bulk it suddenly comes down to the prices you see on those russian sites or similar :)
also - this pretty much adds indigala to the grey market area then as well - as their trades come with the same defacto get out of jail free argument :
"In the case that the serial key has already been redeemed, or has not been bought on Indiegala, the "Trade" involved is NOT guaranteed. Therefore, Indiegala is not liable for providing a valid key"
just the same as DIG it seems :)

Let me clear that for you.
There are lists circulated between developers with sites/emails that buy keys, so whenever some developer is looking to sell keys, they will just email sites on the list and get offers.
