yupp, as far as the time goes, sometimes ticket get resolved within 3 days but at times it takes longer as well. I hope team can resolve the issue before the GA ends. Or you can simply delete this and create a new giveaway and send the new code to the entrants through private chat and update the jigidi link for the people who have yet to solve it.

If the giveaway is for Definitive Edition I think you can open a support ticket and ask for a giveaway name change, that way you won't have to delete it.

I really like Jigidi jigsaw puzzle giveaways, so I thought I would create my own.

It was deleted as it was the wrong version selected. You should be able check your solved Jigidi puzzle for the new code if you were logged in.

What Happened: I selected the wrong version of the game for the original giveaway. support did not respond so I had to delete it to make a giveaway for the correct version.
Sorry for all the mess and confusion but I'm learning the possible complexities and troubles of non-public giveaways the hard way.
