That is weird, sometimes I get 2 per month. There are some people here that doesn't get it even being lv. 20 like SlowlyDeath, I have no idea why it happens.

Well, I got a lot of booster packs but so far I got just 1 foil and it wasn't from a booster pack, I wish they were a little bit easier to drop.

only 1 but i figure thats to be expected since im only level 13. Funny thing was is it came only several hours after i hit level 10 when my odds increased.
