Asked support for a reroll and as an added bonus you got a suspension.
Non activated wins doesn't matter if it was last week or 10 years ago.

Further with the remaining part of my comment I went with Occam's Razor, the easiest solution is almost the best.
AKA you having not activated the game in itself was statistically more likely then that the game was delisted from steam store.

Instead of hastily using a razor against somebody and then defending yourself, while you should simply say "I'm sorry", it would help, if you have read the OP carefully and with understanding: "It says I didn't received my win. I searched the giveaway and it is not true (...)"

That sucks. It looks like the game was removed from Steam in such a way that it no longer appears on the game list that SG uses when syncing.
I'm curious: I'm assuming that you activated the game on 2 April 2018 or within a week from then. On the Steam client, does Neoballs still exist in your library? If you go to https://store.steampowered.com/account/licenses/ do you still see the activation around the date you won it?

Since neoballs has been deleted from steam, it doesn't show as acquired on this site. I'm pretty sure support will take care of that as soon as they notice it.

there's a search box at the top left corner, search for neoballs.
But you must have proof for the license acquisition, if you search this list:

ps. Achievement hunters, beware! it's a pretty shitty "game" with broken achievements even. To get 100% complete you have to run at least four-or-five sessions and leave it there for a couple of hours.

I wonder if they could've used https://steamcommunity.com/app/771610 to find the problem and the steamdb info to see there's been updates to it recently and the dev removed the store name, screenshots and trailer, description, achievements. They could've went to the steam page and type in neoballs and see if they can find it on the store. They also could've reached out to one of their staff members who commented on the forum for that game and ask them if they think it might be a removed game.
Then with all the information above maybe they could've reached out to you and asked you about it, rather than just insta suspend.
Smythe seems to be a real user too not a ai bot, so yeah things don't add up, but even if it was an ai bot it would be a bad implementation.
I don't know how much time they have to solve these tickets, and I don't know if/think they're being paid by tickets solved per hour or something so I don't see the need to rush and insta suspend when you can't get to the games store page, maybe a mod can explain.

yeah the mod jumped the gun here, it only takes seconds to check the status of a game to see that it was banned from store and hence won't be detected by sgtools as owned:

Damn, not only you got suspended for apparently no-fault on your own, you probably also won in a giveaway but it got rerolled (because I am 99% sure the reason this happened is because you won a giveaway and the maker checked your profile and found false-positive).

I guess that's the problem OP is talking about.
His suspension ended without support ever replying to him. Which I have read in the forums a few times recently. Like the guy who set games to private wanting to try out the new feature and got suspended and support also never answered.

The suspension was incorrectly served by me.
The game was banned from Steam around an hour before the suspension so the checker had not been updated and I didn't pick up on the updated listing on Steam. Unsuspend Requests cannot be seen by Junior Mods, so I didn't see that. Senior Mods and above deal with those. There are a lot of these tickets, so nobody got to yours in time.
The suspension was not the result of a reroll, so you did not miss out on a win on the site but I apologize for the mix-up and that you could not use the site normally for the time of your suspension.
All questions and concerns must be directed through the support system on our site, so this thread will be closed soon.
Please open a support ticket in the 'Other' category so I can get the information needed to remove the suspension from the record. Please note that normally this ticket category cannot be used, but as this was my mistake I would like to help clear it up rather than creating work for other mods.
Once that is done, all records of the suspension will be removed. This will not affect your account in the future.

4 days ago I opened steamgifts and got screen with suspension for 4 days. It says I didn't received my win. I searched the giveaway and it is not true plus the giveaway is 5 years old. There was also a message that I should activate my wins and then submit a ticket. I couldn't go to my profile or anywhere on steamgifts page because of suspension, so I couldn't activate any win even if there was anything to activate. I submited a ticket but I got no answer or reaction at all. So what is this all about? I attached a picture of it, sorry for a poor quality but I just took a quick picture by my phone and I didn't expect I would need it. I expected that support will work and not ignore my ticket. Can someone help me to understand what was this all about? Thanks in advance.
