First thing:
So in September i will ask a girl for a date, finally i guess. I'm kinda not sure about this.
I have a hard time in my family so it will be difficult for me to have a normal conversation with her (I think) without saying nothing about my problems.

Second thing:
In this year i will have exams. I need to pass them if I wanna be a chef. That's why i need to learn more about the kitchen but I'm too lazy.

The last thing:

Yes, you take it :D
I will make a full course dinner by myself. Then on the next day i need to complete writing test.
I really like Molecular gastronomy. In August I'm buying a book about it. Sadly my school don't teach us about molecular kitchen.

BTW 7 days ago i make first scar on my finger with knife. I'm glad it was my left hand no right.
I guess all chefs need something like selection on hands :D

Woah, that's pretty hard?
Mine is pretty different everytime
Sometimes it's a teamwork, surprise ingredients, or just easy one dish but same theme with all student

Hmm yeah, though I don't really want to learn molecular gastronomy too deep xD
Mostly I think because molecular gastronomy's equipments are pretty expensive

Well.. I'm almost ambidextrous, just a little bit dominant right
But that's not really important
Just be careful not to injure your hands, it's kinda bad.. Especially when it's exam time :(

That's pretty good skill, being ambidextrous :D
I cut my ring finger on the left hand, pretty forcefully. I go to hospital etc. But it's alright now, I just need to wait for regeneration.

About molecular gastronomy - Yea, it's expensive but I will have practices in Hotel where molecular kitchen is standard so I'm happy :D

Exams are easy if you are good chef :D It's something like that:
1.You have sources on table
2.On board you have writen how to do it
3.Start! You have 2-3hours, depends on what you need to do.
I think it's all about not being stressed ;p I hope i will don't get any cake cause i hate doing cakes :D

We got in our school lesson in cooking of course, I'm now in third class so I will have only 5 hours once a week.
In 2 class i had 10 hours :D Sometimes on this lessons we are cooking in groups (2-4 people) or we just learn something about food like meat and then teachers are giving us tests.

I suppose you will mostly understand all what I wrote :D

Good Luck. If you ever want to cook something but don't feel like eating it. I will offer myself to eat something you made, because I'm always hungry. I know, I'm a legend.

Have another Bump and have my best wishes to you.

Ps. This is how my cooking goes normally.

  1. Meh
  2. While it's normal to talk about difficulties in life with the person you're in relationship with, it can be a turn off if you start talking about those things with someone you just asked out. It's okay to mention it, maybe talk a little bit about it, but don't make it a topic of your conversations.
  3. Stop being lazy and get to work or you might regret it
  4. Thank you for the Spec Ops
