Sable is a really cool "small" open world game. Has some challenging parts to it, but overall a really enjoyable experience.
Platforming, a little bit of combat, collectibles, some cute NPC interactions. Not to mention the hover-bike(s).
Lots of exploration, so to really get the best out of it, be prepared to visit every inch of the map.

They did this last 2 years... So they will repeat for sure this one.

I don't know the source of the rumour, but apparently the game on the 27th would be something related to ninjas, do you have any information about that?
if that was really it, think it could be Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge, aragami 2, mini ninjas, 10 seconds ninjax, some ninja gaiden or dead or alive?

Yep, that's Wolfenstein tomorrow. Another repeat. WTF Epic, at least give us the Wolfenstein Collection.

Because the helmets are identical to the ones in the game's cover art.

This is the first time I know the next mysterious game before I read the topic here :p
Do you guys know how to check if a game supports achievements on Epic? They added the "Features" tab in every store game page, but it seems to not help. It really baffles me how Epic still miss this basic information. It's not the lack of achievements, but the fact you basically need to buy a game to check if it supports achievements or not.

Without checking their own pages on Epic or how many they have when listed in the Epic launcher, I don't know. But there's a Google Document that tracks them, and is usually updated:

No, the games with achievements have their own tab/section on the store, example:
https://store.epicgames.com/achievements/dying-light-2-stay-human
So you only need to search for the game you are interested in.

I hope to see salt and sanctuary again since I missed it last time

It's on both versions, you see a lot of complains on steam forum. Seems to be random to get them. Some get it with it on an NVME but not HDD, or vice-versa. Like the Rage 2 hard locking bug where the last mission randomly bugs out and you can't complete the game.

Minor correction:
For the end of the year, Epic will giveaway a game every day from December 15 to Dec 29
The fifteenth and last giveaway will start on December 29 but end on December 30.
The Epic Games Store is officially giving away 15 free games over Christmas (via VGC)
That means, you will need to correct the last item on your table as well. The fifteenth game will also be only available for twenty-four hours. The next game, starting on December 30, will be weekly. Here you can take a look at the dates.

That wouldn't make sense though...that would mean that the giveaway would be on Friday weekly (or we would be shortchanged a week)
Comment has been collapsed.
I doubt it. The game given away on December 29 will most likely be available for a week (December 29 - January 5).
Then on January 5, which is a Thursday, the weekly cycle would start again. See what happened with the Tomb Raider trilogy.
This would also be consistent with Billbil-kun's post at https://www.dealabs.com/bons-plans/--2470739

It doesn't matter if a game is or isn't new when it comes to the EGS and the free promo games on it.

Lego Bricktales released only two months ago (on all platforms) it wouldn't make any sense to give away your game for free so soon. It think the earliest games have been given away is like a year after release? But don't quote me on that. I think I've only once seen them give away a game when it got released.

Epic pays the devs for the free copies, so it doesn't matter how new or old a game is the devs are getting paid.

It still doesn't make financial sense for either EPIC (to overpay) or the Publisher (potential loss of buyers/revenue by accepting the deal) to do this for a recently released game. Either way it doesn't happen ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
It would be interesting to see what the smallest time between release and free giveaway is

Does it even make sense to suggest titles that are not on Epic Games Store (yet)?
Neither Lego Incredibles, Lego Jurassic World nor Lego Lord of the Rings are currently on the Epic Games store.
The only available Lego titles that came up in my search are:
Lego Batman 1-3,
Lego Brick Tales,
Lego Builder's Journey,
Lego Brawls and
Lego Star Wars: the Skywalker Saga.
Given that the hint is a lego brick, my guess would be Brick Tales or Builder's Journey.
But I also wouldn't be surprised if it's Lego Batman due to the grey ribbon.
We'll see tomorrow.

Yes, some titles were added to the store on the day of the giveaway.

It would be surprising to me if it wasn't LEGO Incredibles.

For some reason, I remember Worms (because Worms Armageddon has this same radioactive icon on it's game logo).

Worms Reloaded also has this same radioactive icon in it's game logo...

...but in Epic Store has only Worms Rumble, which don't have anything like this in it's logo

True it does... I've missed some others as well but nothing special. Sorry you've missed some too. Even more sorry for that stupid Covid... Hope you get well ASAP!
PS. Merry Christmas!

ya it was free before , you should have an alert everyday at a certain time that says claim todays epic games mystery game so even if you do forget, your phone will remind you. then you can just get it from your phone

True but then I'm an anti-alert person. I just turn them off and say "Alright, gonna do that in a sec" and then I forget anyway :P

NOTE: At the end of this year (2022) I will be passing the torch over to ipax11. Once they have a new thread up and running, I will post a link to it in the top post as well as a comment (They may also post a link as well). This discussion thread will close at the end of this year. It has been a pleasure doing the last two years of Epic freebies with you all!
Here is link to that thread if you want a headstart: https://www.steamgifts.com/discussion/S4e2c/free-epic-games-store-list-of-all-weekly-free-games-every-thursday-at-11-am-et (will still post today but will close this thread out within the week)
So I'm making the move over to a new thread since the whole table/description was getting unwieldy. If you are looking for the past deals/discussion you can find it here
Here is the store
