Have you noticed that more and more games are opting out of the Family Sharing service these days?

I've noticed that a LOT of games have "Notice: This game is excluded from Steam's Family Sharing service." on their store pages these days. Almost 1/2 of all the games I'm seeing in my queue is marked as such these days.
I'm guessing a lot of developers are opting out of that specifically due to the newish Family sharing system that was implemented (I'm referring to the system where you can create a family of 5 people, and everyone's libraries basically get pooled together and anyone can play any game, as long as there's enough available copies to be played at the same time).
UPDATE: I just went through my queue again and all of them were marked "Notice: This game is excluded from Steam's Family Sharing service."
UPDATE 2: I noticed that if I look at Hogwarts Legacy (as an example) it shows "Notice: This game is excluded from Steam's Family Sharing service." in my browser, but doesn't show it in Steam itself. It actually has Family Sharing on as a feature. So maybe the Augmented Steam or SteamDB extension is just being weird with this. (Either on my side, or globally, if other people are experiencing this and they have these extensions installed).
