I look around some trading sites and some people have tons of copies of games and they sell it all for keys. Ik they are making profit but it doesnt make sense for me on how they do it.

They may sell keys on steam market or via paypal (maybe some other ways), key price is same in all countries, so its very stable currency.

You find a Russian trader and buy from them. You'll probably have to pay a small premium if you're not friends with them, but you'll still be paying far below prices in other regions for most games. Dont use VPN - not a good idea.

Probably 99% of games sold in the Steam store are not region restricted, but it's up to you to do research on the ones that are.

VPN. It's supposed to be against the TOS to use it to your advantage, and I personally haven't checked out Russian prices but I'm usually forced to drop my work VPN (or order through my browser) to get USD prices instead of Euro, so it can't be that hard to get it to give you Russian price.

Go to SteamTrades and type "russian" in the search box. That will be a start.

From what I have seen.. some people are more willing to trade some unusuals and so forth for a bunch of keys.. some of those unusuals can be sold for up to 100 to 200 USD.. so.. that is a possibility.

However my guess is they just buy games at the lowest possible and sell them for keys equal to the normal ( not on sale ) price when the game in question is no longer on sale. ( Of course.. like others have mentioned.. the Russian games/keys. Keep in mind though even for the trader that is a bit of a risk as they will not know if the games they bought for trade are legit. I have read about some really bad stories involving these dealings. )

Your username bears great resemblance to the capital city of the country I was born in, Iran. Coincidence or are you Persian as well?
