Someone offered me CS:GO for my Deus Ex key but he has no rep and his account was made October 11, 2012

He also has no games other than Payday which is on free weekend and he has no hours of gaming from the date his account was made so...

Should I trade with him?

Seems too good to be true and I think he's trying to scam me but he did show that he has it in his inventory

Have him give you the item first and have the reasons you just listed here as why he should go first. Then once you get teh gift, you can give him the key.
