I had no problems before. "cannot connect" is the indicator in the right down corner (if you are online or not) and it does this only when the window with the message pops up. And also it is not the same message the game gives you sometimes that the data in you PC is newer than in the cloud. I did not have this problem for 6 years I am on Steam, it just started today aster playing some Call of Duty: Ghosts. Now every game does this. No VAC or any other BAN. I have Mornet provider and had no problem for like 4 or more years we have internet from them in any kind.

So this problem occured today for me. Every time I try to play any game this window pops up. I have tried these: Restart router (soft/hard), restart Steam, reinstall Steam (SteamApps etc. saved), verify game files, change "country server from which to download", disable and enable the cloud again. It seems that before this error the Steam goes "cannot connect" and after choosing cancel or play it goes online again. What more could I do?
P.S.: Did SpyBot and Antivirus search and nothing
