Is there anything like a "FAQ" or a "RULES" topic around here? I am having a hard time finding it.

And while you are answering my 1st question, care to answer this if you're kind: can I make giveaways of non-steam games? I have some games which I purchased them legitimately and I even still have their cd keys, but I at the same time I already have them on steam, so am I able to give them away here?

The only options right now are Minecraft and BF3 and nothing else.

No, you cant make giveaways for non steam games (unless they're Minecraft or BF3). And you really must be blind.
