I won giveaway, but key is allready activated. The author offered me the equival game, I asked him to write in support and resolve this issue.
How long it will wait for a response from support? It has been 7 days, but I do not want to spoil the reputation of a person and marked as "Nor received".

It takes as long as it takes.

There is a small support staff and tens of thousands of daily users.

requests for deleting a giveawway are handled very quickly, few hours at max normally, because that's the only thing you can do if you really feel that person deserves not having 1 non-received gift, and the GA creator must ask for this with your agreement. Otherwise, just mark as not received.

Ok, then I will not have a gift, right?

He/she probably wanted to give you an old bundle key, but did not think it's a game worth spending full price on as a gift.

Make a support ticket in "Other" and link the giveaway in question. Maybe the giveaway creator never created the ticket?

Yes, I have a suspicion about it.

Are tickets in other category handled faster?
I put a region change request some time ago.

No, but there's no other category you would make the support ticket in.

Only cg can change region which is why those tickets aren't being answered.

Just wait patiently and your grandchildren will eventually get to see an answer from the support. xD

There is no need, his child will eventually get the position of support and all done.

Nice idea! Probably the only way in order to eventually see an answer. xD

You might want to hide the guys name. You might get suspended for calling out.

Why should I conceal his name? He lied to me and slipped the key from the other game. Furthermore, I still have screenshots of the evidence. Even if I do not return a reputation, at least I saved the others.

A challenger approaches! Also you might want to remove the name from your image.

Anything over 8 months old is likely to remain unanswered for a long time. Moderators only got access to this queue when SGv2 was launched. Before that, only cg had access to user reports. Basically when SGv2 was launched, there was suddenly 30,000+ tickets that came out of the black hole..

First my reaction to this - we should close all tickets and open new one with the same problem.
But, if everyone would do it - there still be 30,000+ newly created tickets, which is still too much.
So, what should we do?

Unfortunately it could take months, years, or centuries. One of my tickets is two months old and no response yet despite nagging support.

Support can't do anything for trade rep. Only Super Mod and cg can answer those tickets, which is why they take a long time.

That Support answers tickets at all is the real myth. They do nothing all day but hang out and smoke doobies. It is not slanderous if it is fact.
