People, it's easy. Just go to the promotion page, click on the red boxes of the games you would like to buy, scroll down the page and click on the big red button, then in the next page scroll down again and click on "Pague com PayPal". It will prompt you to create an account. Click on "Ok".

In the next page, where there's "Novo Usuário"(New User), fill the boxes as follow:
Nome: type your first name
Sobrenome: type your second name
Email: you guessed it
Login (nome de usuário Nuuvem): type your username
Senha: type a password
Repita sua senha: type your password once more
Data de Nascimento: type your date of birth

Then check "Eu li e concordo com os Termos de Uso" and "Assinar Newsletter de Novidades Nuuvem" if you want to receive their newsletter. Then click "Criar minha conta".
After that they will send you an email in which you have to click on a link to activate your account. That done, you just need to login and go to your basket (meu carrinho) and click on PayPal again. I think PayPal will be in english, so I think you won't have trouble. If you have any doubts you can ask me.
