Perhaps you can still mark it as not received for your convenience.
It would not be a bad idea to leave the correspondence with the donor of the prize in the comments section of the GA you won, or if you negotiated with Humble Bundle support about the key restocking, to grant those correspondence to a support ticket to memo.
It is not a problem if you report the situation in a support ticket and prove that you did not intend to commit a violation.
If both the donor and you can wait for it to arrive from Humble Bundle.

This. HB have been know to immediately banning accounts whose owners mention Steamgifts or any other site like it as they see it as a break against their TOS, specifically the parts of key-reselling. They see the points earned here as payment and they will just ban you and then not answer your support calls.

I was threaten by ban for asking about region restrictions and mentioned giveaway. And I asked about newer released AAA for full price in their normal store part.

You don't mark a giveaway as received unless the game/dlc you've won is in your library.
In this case what should have happened was you communicate to the giveaway creator that when you went to redeem it the game wasn't in stock. Then you wait for a restock and when it's in your library you mark it as "received". You may want to see if the giveaway creator can provide you with key that you can activate right now.

You can remove the received feedback by clicking the received button again on your won giveaways page. You don't need to mark it as received or not received, you can just leave it unmarked and it will stay that way for as long as you want. Just leave a comment on the giveaway explaining that the key is out of stock and that you will mark it as received once you get a key.

I honestly don't understand why would anybody use gift links here. What is their advantage over normal keys?

They were insecure in the past, they are clumsy to redeem, and if you send them to enough people, HB will consider you a trader.

I click the first part to see the region restrictions. Copy that down then click to get the steam key. I don't actually get the gift link. I do think I have a few from years ago in my spreadsheet. But ya, its been awhile since using them was a good idea due to how HB has changed.
I flat out told them I was here and pointed them to my giveaway once that had issues. They helped me. I'd never mention this site now.

Won the Autonauts vs Piratebots giveaway, received the humble bundle gift link and marked as received before revealing the key. Turns out the key is out of stock and has been for some time. I doubt they will restock it in the next 7 days. Should I just eat the suspension?
