I suggest you try it over the Official Steam trading Subforum at Steampowered.com instead, there's always tons of people in there so it's pretty easy to find someone interested.

If you can't find a way to give it away I recommend holding onto it until it becomes a purchasable DLC (which it will, they always do), at the moment it is just free DLC which can't be bought on Steam.
