Here is a pro tip: When it gets hot, poor water on it.
Jk. Dont do it.

Case: Coolermaster HAF-X with extra 20cm fan <- trust me on this one, you will never need another case nor water cooling

Seems you got alot of money saved for this :)
I like your choice about graphics card

SSD: get the Vertex instead of Agility even if you need to downsize the SDD HDD to 128GB because of price
EDIT: Vertex 3 that is

Get a newest card : Like Nvidia : 670 or 680 ------ Ati 7950 - 7970 !
Dont get Amd Cpu !
Get an i5 3570k if u want overclock it or just a i5 3570 .
Get a Z77 motherboard if u want Overclock , if u dont want get a H77 motherboard.
For the sdd get a Samsung 830 series or Crucial realssd .
They got a gooder controller.
If u dont do Sli-crossfire.
a 650 psu is fine , Get a hx 650 or ax650, or choose other model but MODULAR AND 80 PLUS BRONZE or higher ,
if u want do sli-crossfire get a 750.
Sorry for bad english!
If you want overclock get an aftermarket dissipator , like cooler master hyper 412 s :) or if u want do extreme oc get an notcua NH-D14

listen to this guy!
but choose the 670 over the 680, I'd go for intel too, I have it, but I am not a fanboy so I stfu before, the z77 IS the mobo, I own a corsair HX-1000 and again I can say it is awesome

This is somewhat correct, but its kind of not exactly all good information.
Its a 3550 if he doesn't want to overclock.
For SSD, The Sammy 830 and the Crucial M4 is good of course, but you have to also consider the Intel 520, Vertex 4, and the Plextor M3. These are all good controllers to use.
For nonSLI, theres no reason at all to get 650w. Thats enough for 2x 670s. A quality 450w/550w is more than enough for just one card. Relying on corsair for PSU brand is alright but its not the best economic idea. Seasonics, XFX, Antecs, NZXT, Enermax, Silverstone, etc are all good brands utilizing good OEM units.
For CPU cooler, you can do the Cooler Master Hyper 212 or the Noctua but also take into account Phanteks, which are even bigger but cooler better.

The 580 is a dead card. Go with a 7950/7970/670
Ram is fine though the heatspreaders are entirely pointless
Bulldozer performs worse than a 2500k and 3570k in just about everything
PSU is massive overkill. If you get any 7000 series or 600 series graphic card you could easily work off of 550w PSU (Bronze or higher rated is best obviously)
Case has the word "Gaming" in it so it is probably instantly terrible. There is no such thing as a gaming case.
Agility 3 SSDs are known for high failure rates
Are you even going to use a Blu-Ray player/reader/burner?

Intel!
Rest is fine.
Sure, you could buy a gtx 600 but the question is: what do you play? For the games in your Steam games list you don´t even need a 580. Even a 560 would do. So yeah, the 580 should last for a while and you can always get a second one in like a year or so for almost nothing then.

CPU: AMD Bulldozer FX-8 Eight Core 8150 Black Edition 3.60Ghz (Socket AM3+)
Please don't make this mistake, thats a pretty bad CPU when compared to an i5...Hell even an i3 would do you better in games.
