I can only advice not to write such a sentence.
The maximum that happen is that someone add you there that, nearly, never make WL GA's, in the hope that you add him too.
If you control after 3 months which of the WL still exists then you see that a lot have withdraw the WL till than.

And the worse is that you recieve BL for such a sentence.

I'd say that yes that falls under whitelist solicitation, the guidelines state:

Do not ask or hint for other users to whitelist you

and in my opinion that would be a pretty strong hint
