Hey!

Never happened to me, but i've giveaway a key that already used and managed to fix, and received a dup and it has been fixed aswell.

But, i'd like to know if it happened to someone, and what game you received instead the one that you entered for win!

Thank you, cute!

Received Wrong - No.
Given Wrong - Yes

On my last train. I mixed up two keys.
Dreamscapes: The Sandman - Premium Edition
Dreamscapes: Nightmare's Heir - Premium Edition

The first winner contacted me and let me know when he activated the key he got a different game then what he had won. I checked and it it was correct in my sheet but when I checked the page where I bought it. I saw I had copied the two keys backwards into my spreadsheet. So it was my fault. The other train cars were fine, I double checked them all.

I hid the other key again before the second winner could activate the wrong key. The first winner was amazing. He actually did some research about where I could buy the missing key for the other winner cheap as the bundle was long over. I contacted the private seller he found, bought what I needed and they both ended up with proper keys for the games they had won without us having to contact an admin.

Both winners are good folk. Both would have let me delete the GAs to avoid rule breaking, but due to the quick research of the fist guy I had an opportunity to make it right in a good way. And as an extra bonus I was able to buy the key I needed and a few other cheap games from my wishlist for a very good price. So it was a good deal all around.

That was a messed up train as I had also accidentally put a Husk HB link into the notes so it was visible. Another user stepped up and made two GAs for Husk and let me link to his GAs as part of my train. That was awesome. And since it was my train and I do the bonus thing and they both actually picked a bonus before it was over. Those winners got a game from him and one from me.

HB support was also great and I got a new Husk key. I told them flatout what happened and even pointed them to the discussion thread where I did it. They were cool with that and helped me out. So it will show up in a future train.

My hat is off to all those guys who do multi car trains that are very long. I don't care if the games are cheap. That is still a lot of work and I respect them for it. My trains have all been under 10 cars each and I still screwed up the last one.

I passed out a few blue harts a few days later without telling them.. lol. hmm. looking at my notes I think I missed one. OK. Fixed.

  • Got the same game twice. Both owners refuse to reroll :(

  • Got DLC instead of game. GA owner was banned for this..

  • Got "Post Mortem" instead of "Postmortem: One Must Die".

  • One of my GA (Humble Bundle Key) was alredy activated, request and got new from HB.

  • Put a key in to comment field... So I had to give my spare key to winner.

Shit happens :)

i happened to be on both sides, for example, i had a big train recently and mixed two of the keys, so i just told the winners it's on the house and gave them the correct keys without revoking the old ones, had the same happen to me when i won aswell.
